WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?
No smoking in your townhome, or on your deck or patio.
No smoking within 15 feet of any building or community amenity.
No smoking or vaping at or within 15 feet of community amenities, including the pool, hot tub, pool deck, outdoor fireplaces, picnic areas, or playground
ATTENTION: Because this is a new policy that will be enforced as leases expire, we cannot guarantee that your neighbors are smoke-free or that a previous resident did not smoke in your townhome. We make every effort to remove the smoke smell from a townhome before a new resident moves in. Thank you for your cooperation and patience as we implement this new rule.
